We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Miracorgo, especially the convenient free parking and the good breakfast options. The staff were helpful, assisting us in finding local attractions and dining recommendations.

apart from very hard beds and lack of any vegs/salads for breakfast any other aspects were ok.

I could not sleep there, too hard beds, much too hard, it was nearly as sleeping on the floor. very tiring experience. can we have any tomatoes, boiled eggs, I am a vegetarian, I had hardly anything to eat there. Scrumble eggs were with ham!

Amazing gorge views await you

We enjoyed fine views of the Rio Corgo Gorge, especially at night with the floodlights illuminating the landscape. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station. The staff was always attentive.

Despite the overall pleasant experience, our room felt a bit dated and lacked a proper air conditioning setup. It got a bit warm. Breakfast can become chaotic, especially when waiting for a coffee in the mornings.

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, and for the rate of the room, there should be no criticism at all. Breakfast was ok, enjoyable and calm..

Soapstone in the bathroom needs care: this is not a criticism, but caring about a recurrent problem due to the porosity of this kind of stone.

It's a very central city hotel, a little old fashion. If you need only a place to stay it fits well.

My journey from doubt to delight

The breakfast offered a good blend of full English and continental options, ensuring every morning started on a high note! The staff provided superb service.

While the views were very nice, the decor felt outdated and the bathrooms lacked proper shower cubicles, which affected comfort .

The rooms feel more like the rooms of the 1960's than 2011.

Room was not very large, but had one comfortable chair and good views of the river gorge. Bathroom and beds were good. Centrel location. Free parking in the garage and free wifi in the lobby.

Breakfast was simple.

the hotel had very clean rooms with great views of the river valley. the bar service was often slow, making it frustrating to get a drink.

The view of the Rio Corgo Gorge from my room was very nice, especially at night with the floodlights. I appreciated having a small balcony to relax on. The interior pools provided a nice option for swimming. The breakfast was generous, with both full English and continental offerings, made mornings good. Staff were accommodating and friendly, helping me with recommendations for nearby attractions. The décor felt dated, and the heating in the room didn't function properly, leaving it a bit too cold at times. The breakfast area was chaotic, especially with limited coffee options and slow service. Lack of a restaurant on site for Sunday dinner was inconvenient as I had to walk about 15 minutes to find food. These issues detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.

Staff can be slow in clearing breakfast tables and we sometimes had trouble finding an empty table.
